QDX aluminum shell submersible electric pump
Conditions of use:
1. The medium temperature does not exceed +40° C;
2. The PH value of the medium is between 6.5 and 8.5;
3. The volume ratio of solid impurities in the medium is not more than 0.1%, and the particle size is not more than 0.2mm;
4. The rated frequency of AC power supply is 50Hz, the rated voltage is single -phase 220, three-phase 380V, and the voltage fluctuation range is 10% of the rated taxi;
5. Diving depth≤5m.
6. It is suitable for pumping water for rural wells, excluding industrial water accumulation, farmland drainage and irigation, construction water supply and drainage, garden watering, wine spraying, aquaculture fish pond drainage, household water and other occasions.
Features of QDX aluminum shell submersible pump:
1. Q(D)X small submersible electric pump. It consists of three parts: motor, water pump and seal. The built-in thermal protector can effectively protect the motor.
2. The lower part of the motor is divided into a pump part, which is composed of a centrifugal impeller and a pump body. The dynamic seal is located in the electric p cylinder, which is a double- end mechanical seal;
3. The static seal is located at the coordination of various parts of the electric pum adopts an oil-resistant seal ring, and the pump has an anti-sand skeleton oil seal/single-end mechanical seal structure.
