Knowledge of deep well pump unit installation

1. Installation instructions

(1) The water inlet of the pump must be below 1m of the dynamic water level, but the diving depth must not exceed 70m below the static water level, and the lower end of the motor must be at least 1m below the bottom of the well.

(2) The rated power is less than or equal to 15kw (25kw when power supply is allowed) motor is started at full voltage.

(3) If the rated power is greater than 15kw, the motor should be started at reduced voltage.

(4) The use environment must meet the specified conditions.

2. Preparation before installation

(1) First check the diameter of the well, the depth of the static water and whether the power supply system meets the conditions of use.

(2) Check whether the rotation of the electric pump is flexible, there should be no jamming point, the motor and electric pump of the subassembly should be coupled with a coupling, pay attention to the tightening of the top wire.

(3) open the exhaust and water injection screw plug, to the motor cavity filled with water, pay attention to prevent false full, on the good screw plug. There should be no water leakage.

(4) Use 500 volt megohmmeter to measure the insulation of the motor, should not be less than 150 ohm.

(5) should be equipped with the appropriate lifting tools, such as tripods, lifting chains, etc.

(6)Install the protection switch and start equipment, start the motor instantly (no more than 1 second), see if the motor's steering is the same as the steering sign, if the opposite, swap any two joints of power supply, then put on the guard plate and consider the water network, and prepare to go down the well. In the motor and pump linkage steering, must be from the pump outlet filled with water, until the water from the water inlet section outflow before starting.

3. Installation

(1) First, install a section of pump pipe at the pump outlet and clamp it with a cleat, lift it and drop it into the well, so that the cleat is located on the well platform.

(2) Then clamp another section of the water pipe with a pay clamp. Then lift and lower it to connect with the flange of the water pipe plus the rubber gasket, and the screwing must be done diagonally and simultaneously. Lift the lifting chain to remove the first payment of the clamp plate, so that the pump pipe down clamp plate and fall on the well platform. Repeat the installation, down the well in turn, until all installed, put on the well cover, the last pay plywood without disassembly will be placed on the well cover.

(3) Install the bend, gate valve, outlet, etc., and add the corresponding rubber gasket seal.

(4) The cable line should be fixed in the groove on the flange of the water pipeline, each section is fixed with a rope, and the process of going down the well should be careful not to touch the cable.

(5)If there is any stuck phenomenon in the process of going down the pump, think of overcoming the stuck point and not forcing down the pump to avoid jamming.

(6)It is strictly forbidden for personnel to work down the well during installation.

(7) Protective switch and starting equipment should be installed behind the user's switchboard, which has a voltmeter, ammeter, and indicator, and placed in the appropriate location in the well room.

(8) Adopt the forcible protection measure of "tying with wire from the motor base to the pump pipe" to prevent accidents.
