In our hydropower plant auxiliary system, the spindle seal water solenoid valve controls the unit to automatically open the start-up seal water solenoid valve, while closing the shutdown seal water solenoid valve; shutdown automatically closes the start-up seal water solenoid valve, while opening the shutdown seal water solenoid valve.
When the pressure of gas storage tank is low, start the working compressor; when the pressure is too low, start the standby compressor, send out the sound alarm and the fault signal of starting the standby compressor and low pressure of gas storage tank; when the pressure is normal, stop each compressor and revert to the signal of starting the standby compressor; when the working machine fails, start the standby compressor and send out the alarm.
When the pressure of air storage tank is too low or too high, it will send out sound alarm and accident signal of too low or too high pressure. When the lubricating oil pressure of the air compressor is high or low during operation, it will send out an audio alarm and an abnormal signal of lubricating oil pressure of the medium pressure air compressor.
When the water level of the leaking water collection well is high, start the working deep well pump; when the water level of the leaking water collection well continues to rise to too high a level, start the standby deep well pump, and when the continuous working time of the pump exceeds the set value, issue the alarm signal of the pump running overtime.
The control objects and control functions of each subsystem are different, but the control cabinet composition is roughly the same. The control cabinet is composed of display parts, measurement and control parts, motor starting parts, power supply and related auxiliary parts and alarm parts. The display parts mainly have photon sign and indicator. Measurement and control components mainly include PLC and the corresponding switching input and output modules, analog input and output modules, control relays, etc.
