This product can be completely leak-free because there is no rotary shaft seal, thus the use in chemical installations has become more and more common.
       Ordinary centrifugal pumps are driven by coupling the pump impeller shaft to the electric shaft, so that the impeller and motor rotate together and work, while the shielded pump is a seal-free pump, the pump and drive motor are sealed in a pumped medium filled pressure vessel, this pressure vessel only static seal, and by a wire set to provide a rotating magnetic field and drive the rotor. This structure eliminates the traditional centrifugal pump has a rotary shaft sealing device, so it can be completely leak-free.
       The shielded pump connects the pump and motor together, with the rotor of the motor and the impeller of the pump fixed on the same shaft, using a shielding sleeve to separate the rotor of the motor from the stator, and the rotor runs in the medium being conveyed, and its power is transmitted to the rotor through the stator magnetic field. In addition, the manufacture of this equipment is not complicated, and its hydraulic end can be designed and manufactured in accordance with the structural type and relevant standard specifications usually adopted for centrifugal pumps.
